  Anemia is a condition in which the body does not have enough healthy red blood cells. Red blood cells are responsible for carrying oxygen to the body's tissues, so a shortage of these cells can lead to fatigue, weakness, and a variety of other symptoms. TYPES OF ANEMIA: There are several different types of anemia, each with their own causes and risk factors. The most common type of anemia is iron-deficiency anemia , which occurs when the body does not have enough iron to produce enough red blood cells. This can happen due to a lack of iron in the diet, blood loss, or a medical condition that affects the body's ability to absorb iron. Other types of anemia include folate and vitamin B12 deficiency anemia , which occurs when the body does not have enough of these vitamins to produce enough red blood cells . Everyone experiences stress, which is a typical human reaction. The human body is actually built such that it can experience stress and respond to it. Your body responds physically and psychologically to changes or challenges (stressors). Stress can help us stay awake, motivated, and prepared to avert danger.  For instance,  if you have a big test coming up, your body may work harder and stay awake longer as a result of a stress response. But when stresses persist without relief or rest periods, stress becomes an issue.
