Genetically inherited syndrome ( Uncombable hair)
A rare disorder that causes hair to grow out at a right angle to the scalp seems to be caused most frequently by mutations in the gene PADI3. Uncombable hair syndrome may be present in children with frizzy blonde hair that protrudes at a right angle from the scalp.
